Refund Policy
1. Services Rendered
Refunds for completed services are generally not issued once the work has been performed and approved by the customer. However, if you experience issues directly related to the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of the service date so we can inspect the vehicle and determine an appropriate resolution.
2. Parts and Materials
If a part installed during service is found to be defective, we will honor the manufacturer’s warranty and work to replace it at no additional cost for the part itself (labor fees may apply depending on the situation). Parts that are custom-ordered, electrical, or special request items may not be eligible for refunds once installed.
3. Cancellations and Prepaid Services
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any cancellation fees.
If a deposit or prepayment was made and the service is cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued.
Late cancellations may be subject to a service charge or non-refundable deposit if parts were pre-ordered.
4. Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please reach out to us directly. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include a reinspection, rework of the repair, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
