These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by McBride Farm & Auto Repair, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services or visiting our location, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

We provide general automotive repair and maintenance services for cars and trucks. These include but are not limited to:

  • Diagnostics

  • Brake services

  • Suspension repairs

  • Tire balancing and replacement

  • Air conditioning repair

  • Routine maintenance

All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3. Estimates and Payments

We provide service estimates upon request. Final charges may vary based on additional labor or parts identified during repair.
All payments are due upon completion of services. Currently, we accept cash and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made later may be subject to a service fee.

5. Warranty

We strive to deliver reliable, quality repairs. Most services include a 30-day workmanship warranty, and parts may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Please retain your receipt for any warranty inquiries.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care, McBride Farm & Auto Repair, LLC is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from service, including loss of use or additional repair needs, except where required by law.

7. Customer Information

Any customer data provided during scheduling or service is treated with respect and confidentiality. We do not share your information except as required to fulfill services or legal obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the state.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be made available in writing upon request or on our official communications channels.
